Building Together a World of Acceptance
The world around us, and within us, is constantly moving. It changes, it evolves, we change, and we learn more every day.
Despite the progress that has been made, vulnerable groups continue to face challenges, both in their professional lives and in their everyday experiences.
Creating safe, supportive work environments for women, guiding the younger generation, integrating people with disabilities into society, and ensuring respect for sex workers are just a few steps towards a fairer world.
By supporting one another, we can build a world where each of us feels accepted, safe, and full of faith for a more humane future.

Safe at work – Stop Harassment
Aiming to end sexual harassment at work, this initiative builds on ActionAid’s
2020 study “This Is Not Part of the Job”, which found that 85% of women in
Greece face harassment. It takes a holistic approach to ensure safe,
respectful workplaces for all women.

Mentoring Stories that Break Stereotypes
The youth team of the “Amaro Magipé” project recognised the need for guidance for young people and the promotion of positive role models. Mentors were identified through collaboration, open processes, and participatory design to ensure future teams’ continuity and sustainability.

Work for all
While support systems for high-functioning persons with disabilities in employment and independent living are still developing in Greece, the Parents’ Association of People with Autism in Rethymno took action. Motivated by the needs of its adult members, it began seeking meaningful solutions for social and job inclusion.

Young Entrepreneurs Succeed
The “YES!” project supports unemployed youth from vulnerable groups by helping them create their own businesses, led by the Agricultural University of Athens. It engages 1,600 young people and includes 8 organizations from 6 EU countries,
while being funded by the EEA Grants Youth Employment Fund.

Skills on Demand | SoD
Aiming to support the employment of vulnerable, unemployed residents of the
Municipality of Athens, the project offered a comprehensive program of information, training, and certification. It also provided personalized psychosocial and professional
support, to take a positive step forward in their lives.

Red Umbrella
The social stigma and exclusion faced by sex workers remains largely uncharted in Greece. The operation of this day center helps break down social barriers, promoting the full integration of sex workers into society as equal citizens, contributing to their dignity and acceptance in the community.
