The proposed project aims at the implementation and operation of an integrated system of intelligent management of the water supply network of the Old Town of Heraklion, which through modern technologies of data collection and management, based on the Internet of Things (the Internet of Things), will detect leaks and interacts with the basic parameters of the network.

The Act includes:

• the supply and installation of 5600 digital hydrometers and telemetry systems (Responsible Body: DEFAH)

• the supply and installation of a water quality and quantity monitoring system using digital flowmeters and multi-parameter instruments (Responsible Body: OAK) The data of the system will be recorded and sent to be managed by SmartLIK

• the implementation of an integrated intelligent water supply network management system (Responsible Body: PC)

• the implementation of a communication plan (Responsible Body: OAK) with communication and publicity actions for the act.
