The National Transparency Authority implements actions to enhance transparency and combat corruption funded by the EEA Grants Financial Mechanism 2014-2021

Within the framework of the EEA Grants Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, the National Transparency Authority (NTA) implements in cooperation with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) the Predefined Project “Strengthening integrity, transparency and anticorruption framework” to support the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Action Plan (NACAP) and the National Integrity System (NIS).

The project scope includes the mapping and gap analysis of the domestic regulatory framework along with the development of applied proposals and practical tools for regulating conflicts of interests and enhancing the integrity of public officials based on international good practices.

The project has a budget of 484.037,00 € and it is co-funded by the EEA Grants Financial Mechanism, which represents the contribution of Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway for a green, competitive, and inclusive Europe.
